My motto is that when a product is labeled as a "natural" product, it is only natural if it is made from natural ingredients, does not contain synthetic ingredients, and can be used safely in our daily lives. I also look for products that are low in calories, free of allergens and other potentially toxic ingredients, and that don't contain a lot of additives. If a product has been in the market for a long time, it will have probably been tested many times to be sure it is safe, and I don't always look at the ingredient list and think, "I'm going to be using this product everyday for years and years and years." I use these ingredients every day, so I look at the ingredients list very carefully. The products I review and use are the ones I feel are safe and effective for my body.I also use a little bit of judgment when it comes to buying health products. I'm not always a huge fan of products that are expensive or have a lot of ingredients, but sometimes I have to make the "no-brainer" decision. I don't care if it has a name on it, but if it's a product I'll use, I'll use it.
