I have found some really great products that help to train more. So let's see what I found out about agility training and agility equipment.
What is Agility Training?
So what is agility training? Agility training is actually a combination of many different exercises. So, agility training is more than just agility running. There are a lot of other exercises you can do for greater strength, power, endurance, agility, and many other aspects of your agility training.
A good rule of thumb to keep in mind when you are training for agility is, there are two types of people in the world. The first group are those who are willing to go to any lengths for their agility. And the second group of people who are more interested in doing some agility drills. You may have heard a lot of people say, "Well, I only have an hour, I can't do this."
However, there are many other things you can do in your agility training routine. That's a different discussion, but I believe agility training should always be an integral part of your routine.
You should not start an agility training routine by only doing a few sets of push ups, then back off and do some more agility. You should always be doing agility drills.
